Abstract: A venetian blind includes an upper beam, a lower beam, and multiple slats arranged between the upper and lower beams and each having a through hole and a slot communicating with the through hole. Two ladder tapes link the upper and lower beams and each have a first warp, a second warp, a plurality of wefts connected between the first and second warps and supporting the slats. One of the ladder tapes has a plurality of second ring portions passing through the through holes through the slots. A first lifting cord is provided adjacent to the first warp of one of the ladder tapes, and a second lifting cord is provided adjacent to the second warp of one of the ladder tapes and passes through the second ring portions of one of the ladder tapes. As such, the present invention is structurally simple and easy to be assembled.

Abstract: A window blind includes an upper beam and a lower beam linked by two ladder-like ropes. The ladder-like rope has a front vertical portion, a rear vertical portion, transverse portions connected between the vertical portions, first ring portions connected to the front vertical portion, second ring portions connected to the rear vertical portion, and third ring portions connected to the front vertical portion. The transverse portion supports a slat from below. The slat has two ends thereof each provided with a through hole and a slot communicated with the through hole. To assemble the slat, the third ring portion of the ladder-like rope has one segment inlaid into the through hole of the slat through the slot, and then the third ring portion is mounted around the front edge of the slat. Also disclosed is a method for assembling the slats of the window blind.

The loop portions penetrate into the holes from the openings through the slots so as to be mounted around one long edges of the slats. The peripheral wall of the hole has a guiding surface and a positioning portion. When the slats are tilted from a horizontal position to a tilted position, the loop portions are moved along the guiding surfaces to the positioning portions. As such, the present invention is structurally simple and easy to be assembled.

The sum of the angles of the two included angles ranges from 44.2 to 48.8 degrees. The width of the main flow passages gradually increases from the inlet toward the outlets. The height of the main flow passages gradually reduces from the inlet toward the outlets. In this way, the forming mold of the present invention can effectively improve production efficiency and can increase the stability of the product manufacturing process.
