Abstract: A brushless DC motor structure with a constant ratio of multiple rotor poles to slots of the stator is disclosed, which is characterized primarily by forming the stator of the motor by multiple ferromagnetic silicon steel sheets, where the ferromagnetic silicon steel sheets are provided with the multiple slots whose number is a multiple of 15, and the stator of the motor is formed by windings of the three phases, X, Y, and Z. Each phase includes 2 to 4 phase portions and each group has 5 slots. The rotor of the motor is made up of a plurality of arced magnets which are fixed orderly and equally along a ferromagnetic steel ring, and the radial direction of each arced magnet is opposite to that of the adjacent magnetic poles. An arced magnet represents a magnetic pole, and the number of the magnetic poles is a multiple of 14 or 16. By means of the aforementioned setting, the reduction of the cogging torque of the motor is achievable.
Abstract: A golf cart collapsible device includes a frame folding articulation, a linking mechanism, a four-bar linkages mechanism, a front wheel, two rear wheels and a locking mechanism. Thus, the front wheel and the rear wheels are folded and expanded simultaneously by driving the upper frame, so that the golf cart is folded and expanded easily, quickly and conveniently. In addition, the front wheel and the rear wheels can be folded and expanded simultaneously, so that the user needs not to hunker or bend his/her body to fold and expand the front wheel individually, thereby greatly facilitating the user folding and expanding the golf cart.
Abstract: A golf bag cart foldable device includes a bottom cart stand having a link segment at its top, where both sides of the link segment each is in pinned connection with a rear wheel frame, which has its bottom end join the rear wheel, and the bottom cart stand is provided with a slider at the bottom of the link segment. An upper cart stand is in pinned connection with the link segment at its bottom, and has a bracket at its top, where the bracket couples to a mount at its one end. A handle bar is joined the mount at its bottom at which an angle adjustable joint is located, and has a score board at its top. A linkage set comprises a first linkage being set up between the upper cart stand and the slider, a second linkage being set up between the slider and the rear wheel frame, and a third linkage being set up between the mount and the first linkage.
Abstract: A front wheel foldable device for a golf cart includes a main body, a wheel frame, a positioning member, a sleeve, a stop member, and an elastic member. Thus, the wheel frame is pulled outwardly relative to the main body so that the locking portions of the positioning member are moved to detach from the locking grooves of the main body respectively. Then, the wheel frame is rotated through ninety (90) degrees and is released, so that the post of the wheel frame is retracted into the main body by a restoring force of the elastic member, the locking portions are locked in the locking grooves respectively, the front wheel is turned from an upright state to a horizontal state, and the front wheel is parallel with and rested on the cart frame when the cart frame is folded.
