  • Patent number: 11962845
Abstract: Methods and systems can identify and request video data and information associated with an event. An event location and time associated with the event can be determined. The event can comprise damage to property or injury to a person. A geographic range of interest associated with the event location and a time duration of interest associated with the event time can be determined. One or more users who are determined to have been at or near the event location at the event time can be automatically identified. A request for at least one of information or video data from the geographic range and time duration of interest can be transmitted to the one or more identified users.

  • Patent number: 11102344
Abstract: A system may include a processor that may execute computer-executable instructions that cause the processor to receive caller information regarding an incoming communication from a caller and receive a request from a user to route the incoming communication to a virtual assistant application. The virtual assistant application is configured to interact with the caller and determine whether the caller is associated a fraudulent caller activity stored on databases accessible by the processor. The processor may then receive an indication from the virtual assistant application that the caller is associated with the fraudulent caller activity and forward the incoming communication to another party in response to receiving the indication.

  • Patent number: 10956497
Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises an analytic server, which uses scalable vector graphic (SVG) format to encapsulate building floorplan and metadata. The analytic server creates a floorplan map in SVG format that includes both a graphic map and a specification file. When a user issues an information request by clicking on one graphical element, the analytic server determines the object identifier of the clicked graphical element, queries the specification file to receive metadata about the clicked graphical element based on the object identifier, and renders a user interface to display the metadata about the graphical element. When the user modifies the graphical element, the analytic server determines new data of the graphical element and updates the corresponding object metadata with the new data in the specification file.

  • Patent number: 10948305
Abstract: A tangible, non-transitory machine-readable medium includes machine-readable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive a plurality of data inputs from one or more databases, determine a plurality of geofences based at least in part on the plurality of data inputs, and determine a plurality of scores based at least in part on the plurality of data inputs. Each score of the plurality of scores is associated with a geofence of the plurality of geofences. The machine readable instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, also cause the one or more processors to generate a model comprising the plurality of geofences and the plurality of scores, and to output a driving route based at least in part on the plurality of geofences and the plurality of scores.

  • Patent number: 10944642
Abstract: Embodiments described herein enable a receipt of a first input representative of a risk score for a data type and a plurality of second inputs representative of a plurality of a plurality of setting evaluations of a network-based application; and a presentation of a first polygonal shape based on the first input, a plurality of second polygonal shapes, and a third polygonal shape based on the second inputs such that the first polygonal shape and the second polygonal shapes are concentric with each other and such that the first polygonal shape and the third polygonal shape are presented over the second polygonal shapes. The presentation enables a user to readily visualize a set of areas where the first polygonal shape and the third polygonal shape differ in order to determine how the network-based application is compliant and non-compliant with the first input.

  • Patent number: 10771630
Abstract: Tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable media include instructions that cause a processor to receive a first indication that a user is attempting to communicate with a provider, and intercept communication between the user and the provider based on the first indication being received. The instructions also cause the processor to send user information to a provider application server based on the first indication being received, and display a visual interface that establishes communication with the relevant provider department or performs a transaction based on the first indication being received. The instructions further cause the processor to receive a second indication associated with performing the action associated with the provider via the visual interface; and performing the action based on the second indication being received.

  • Patent number: 10764318
Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to improved systems and methods for ensuring continued network security in a data network. More specifically, present embodiments are directed to detecting and responding to the failure of a security detection module employed for network security in the data network. A detection failure monitoring system may detect that a security detection module has failed by executing a number of test cases simulating conditions that should be flagged by the security detection module. To that end, when the detection failure monitoring system determines that a security detection module did not flag a condition produced by an executed test case, the detection failure monitoring system may implement a response to address the failed security detection module. Accordingly, the systems and techniques provided herein may maintain network security with improved granularity and robustness.

  • Patent number: 10245875
Abstract: Techniques are described for generating a seal that is applicable to an object, and scanning the seal to access encoded data to be used for verifying one or more characteristics of the object. The seal may be applied to a tangible document, such as a document printed on paper. The seal may encode data that is particularly associated with the document. For example, the seal may encode a hash of at least a portion of the information (e.g., text) included in the document. In some instances, the seal may encode a digital version and/or metadata of at least a portion of the information in the document. A scan of the seal may retrieve information useable to verify the authorship, provenance, originality, and/or unaltered contents of the documents. In some instances, the seal may encode information that enables the presentation of hidden information and/or metadata associated with the document.
