  • Patent number: 10569877
Abstract: A dispensing device for connection to a drone is provided. The dispensing device has an outer housing and an inner housing interior of the outer housing. The inner housing has an inner cavity having an entrance opening and an opposing exhaust opening. The area between the outer housing and the inner housing defines an outer cavity adapted to hold a material. The dispensing device also has a fluid access opening to provide fluid access between outer cavity and the inner cavity to allow material in the outer cavity to be transferred to the inner cavity and mixed with air to create an air and material mixture. An air accelerator is provided adjacent the inner cavity to accelerate the air and material mixture out of the dispensing device.

  • Patent number: 10393474
Abstract: A high capacity loader for sequentially loading a plurality of projectiles into a launcher. The loader has a first drive core, a second drive core and a load path to maintain the projectiles in a defined path around the first and second drive cores. The second drive core is rotationally connected to the first drive core. An indexing assembly is provided to index the drive cores. A drive assembly provides a rotational force for the drive cores. A magazine extends from the housing to connect the loader to the launcher and to load the projectiles into the launcher. The projectiles are individually indexed on the first and second drive cores and are free from force by adjacent projectiles.

  • Patent number: 10295319
Abstract: A projectile has a front portion and a cylindrical portion. The cylindrical portion comprises a cylindrical sidewall having an outer surface and an inner surface. The projectile also has a plurality of depressions in the cylindrical sidewall. The depressions have an outlet adjacent the second end, an inlet toward the first end and a neck area between the inlet and the outlet. A width of the inlet is smaller than a width of the outlet. The depressions at the neck area have a curved sidewall, but a generally straight sidewall between the neck area and the outlet. The surface of the depression extends at a ramp angle from the outer surface of the sidewall at the inlet of the depression toward the inner surface of the sidewall at the outlet.

  • Patent number: 10126093
Abstract: A quick release stock assembly for a launcher is provided having a stock bar and a stock housing. The stock bar has a first end and a second end, the first end having a mating member that secures the stock bar to the launcher in a first orientation and that precludes the stock bar from being removed from the launcher in the first orientation. The stock bar is removable from the launcher in a second orientation. The stock housing has a cavity sized to receive a pressurized canister, and a receiver to slidingly receive the stock bar about its length. The stock housing further has a release pin transverse to the receiver to engage the stock bar and longitudinally fix the stock bar in the stock housing in a plurality of positions.

  • Publication number: 20170176131
Abstract: Improvements in a projectile launcher is disclosed. The launcher converts an airsoft gun to fire paintballs to handle feeding either airsoft projectiles or paintball projectiles depending upon the installed kit. The launcher includes a hydraulic damper allows the fire and reload to operate in a controlled motion that allows a projectile to be fires and the next projectile to the loaded in a rapid succession. An improved magazine allows multiple different types of projectiles to be installed in the magazine. An interchangeable trigger mechanism and interchangeable barrel to launch different diameters of projectiles. Different types of firing mechanisms can be removed and interchanged in the launcher. In addition to the barrel can also be changes as the projectile is changed.

  • Patent number: 9527081
Abstract: Devices and methods for delivering a chimeric deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) marking agent to a target and identifying the target from the chimeric DNA marking agent are provided. A delivery device may be a projectile, a spray canister or a wet/dry article. The chimeric DNA marking agent includes unique DNA fragments and may also include a fill material such as a liquid, a gas or a powder. The chimeric DNA marking agent may be combined with any combination of general marking agent, an inhibiting agent, an immobilizing agent, a weighting agent and a protective agent. The DNA marking agent may be analyzed using any of a hybridization method utilizing a labeled probe, a gel electrophoresis method, determining the base sequence to confirm a predefined DNA sequence, amplifying at least one of the unique DNA fragments and using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method.
