Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for a wireless communication tag. The tag is configured to uniquely identify an account associated with the user for granting the user access to a first access-controlled service controlled by a first authority and a second access-controlled service controlled by a second authority. The tag is implemented through an omnidirectional antenna removably coupled to a mobile device associated with the user. An amount of payment owed by the user in accessing the first access-controlled service from a plurality of access-controlled services including the first access-controlled service and the second access-controlled service across a plurality of authorities is determined and transfer of the amount of payment to the first authority selected from the plurality of authorities in response to the user accessing the first access-controlled service is facilitated.
