    Abstract: A method is described for the diagnosis and/or monitoring of active or previous infection by Mucor which consists in the identification of Mucorales-specific T cells in samples from biological fluids taken from the patient and put into contact with a Mucor antigen. These specific immune responses can be detected by the execution of immunoenzymatic assays (ELISPOT, Quantiferon) or of immunocytofluorimetric assays [Cytokine Secretion Assay (CSA), Intracellular Cytokine Staining (ICS)] in vitro. In greater detail, the method in question provides for checking for the presence of specific IFN-? producing T cells, of specific IL-10 producing T cells and/or specific IL-4 producing T cells.

    Abstract: Various embodiments select at least one service provider from a plurality of service providers in a computing environment. In one embodiment, a service request is received from a user. The service request comprises at least a set of service requirements to be satisfied by at least one service provider.     Abstract: Provided are peptides that bind to the thymidylate synthase protein, in particular to human thymidylate synthase (hTS) protein, for the treatment of cancer. Further provided are peptides that can bind at a binding site located at the interface of thymidylate synthase protein. These peptides range from 3 to 10, preferably 4-8 amino acids and have a sequence that binds to each subunit of the thymidylate synthase dimer at the level of dimer interface, stabilizing the dimeric inactive form of the thymidylate synthase enzyme. In addition, provided are pharmaceutical compositions including these compounds as active agents, and uses thereof for the treatment of cancer and to reverse or/and be active in cancer drug resistance.

    Abstract: A nozzle is capable of producing a mixing of two primitive fluid jets and a selective and controllable angular deviation of the synthetic jet obtained by mixing the primitive jets without any moving mechanical part. The nozzle is also capable of generating a controllable deviation of the synthetic jet and of changing the direction of this jet in a continuous and dynamic manner so as to allow the jet to sweep a preset and arbitrary angle. The nozzle is constituted, in a first part thereof, by a conduit divided into two channels by a central baffle and, in a second part thereof, by a convergence zone and an outflow mouth whose walls have a curvilinear profile and are connected seamlessly to the walls of the conduit.
