Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of genetic engineering, especially relates to a xylose-induced genetically engineered bacteria used for producing ectoine as well as a construction method and use thereof. The genetically engineered bacteria is constructed by heterologously expressing the ectABC gene cluster from Halomonas elongata on the E. coli chromosome, using the promoter of xylose transporter coding gene xylF to control the RNA polymerase from T7 bacteriophage, reconstructing a synthesis pathway of ectoine and constructing a plasmid-free system, and enhancing the expression of target genes by a strong promoter T7; the yield of ectoine reached 12-16 g/L after 20-28 h fermentation in shake flask, and reached 35-50 g/L after 24-40 h fermentation in a 5 L fermentor.

Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing copper azide and cuprous azide encapsulated by conductive metal-organic framework. The method uses a conductive copper-containing metal-organic framework material as a precursor, and completes the azidation of the precursor by means of a liquid-solid electrochemical azidation reaction. Copper azide and cuprous azide nanocrystals are highly uniformly embedded within a conductive framework, which may effectively avoid the agglomeration of copper azide and cuprous azide, and reduce static charge generated by friction, displacement, and the like. Meanwhile, the conductive framework may promote the effective transfer of charge, avoid the accumulation of static charge, and improve the electrostatic safety.

Abstract: A planetary wheel type obstacle crossing robot, including a frame, a front drive set, and a rear drive set, is provided. The front drive set and the rear drive set are respectively connected to a front end and a rear end of the frame. The front drive set includes a dual-drive steering wheel structure, which includes two drive wheels and two first drive devices. The first drive devices respectively output different rotational speeds to the drive wheels, so that the dual-drive steering wheel structure rotates. The rear drive set includes two planetary wheel sets, two second drive devices, and a planetary wheel set suspension structure. Each planetary wheel set is individually driven and includes a front wheel, a rear wheel, and an upper wheel. Abstract: A multi-level structure conveying system and method for assisting UAV landing are provided. The system includes conveying units and modular bottom plates. The modular bottom plate provides line connection between a power supply and a controller for the conveying unit. The conveying unit drives a UAV to move through driving a conveyor to move. Placement of the conveying units in different directions is used to control a movement direction of the UAV. The conveying units are connected through side plate modules to be arranged into conveying modules with different trajectories. The UAV moves on the conveying modules under driving of each conveying unit to reach a target position. A side plate bump of each conveying unit is sleeved opposite to a side plate recess of the adjacent conveying unit. A hollow channel formed by side plate holes of the adjacent conveying units is fixed by adopting a connecting shaft.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for effectively decomposing mixed wolframite and scheelite ore in an alkaline system, specifically comprising steps of: grinding mixed wolframite and scheelite ore, putting in an autoclave, adding an appropriate amount of water, and then adding sodium phosphate, sodium hydroxide and calcium fluoride for decomposition, and treating by solid-liquid separation to obtain crude sodium tungstate solution. The present invention has the advantage that the high-efficiency decomposition of the mixed wolframite and scheelite ore can be realized with low consumption of leaching agents. By this method, the mixed wolframite and scheelite ore can be directly treated by an existing tungsten smelting autoclave, with low leaching cost, high decomposition rate and easy industrial application.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for degrading antibiotics by aqueous phase transfer catalysis using an anionic liquid and hydrogen peroxide, including: adding hydrogen peroxide to a wastewater containing the antibiotics to obtain a first mixture, and adjusting a pH of the first mixture to 3-4 to form an aqueous phase, and adding a catalyst to a water-insoluble ionic liquid to obtain a second mixture, and stirring the second mixture to form an ionic liquid phase, wherein the catalyst is selected from the group consisting of ferrocene, iron dodecyl sulfonate, ferrous dodecyl sulfonate, and copper dodecyl sulfonate; and mixing the aqueous phase and the ionic liquid phase in a volume ratio of (8-11):1 to obtain a mixed phase, and stirring the mixed phase to degrade the antibiotics.

Abstract: The invention discloses an integrated detection method of electromagnetic searching, locating and tracking for subsea cables. After being launched into water, the cable-tracking AUV carries out primary Z-shaped reciprocating sailing to search the electromagnetic signal of the target subsea cable, when the electromagnetic signal reaches a preset threshold value, the AUV executes the cable-tracking detection. In the tracking process, if the target electromagnetic signal intensity is lower than the preset threshold, it is determined that subsea cable tracking is lost. At this time, the secondary Z-shaped cable-researching route planning and tracking are performed based on the lost point. In the process that the AUV autonomously tracks and detects the subsea cable, relative locating between AUV and subsea cable is performed based on the electromagnetic signal radiated by the subsea cable, and autonomous tracking control under the guidance of the electromagnetic locating signal is performed.
