    Abstract: Systems and methods for determining a 3D hydraulic aperture of a 3D fracture are disclosed. The method includes, obtaining a geometry of the 3D fracture, determining a fluid flow direction through the 3D fracture, and dividing the 3D fracture into a plurality of 2D cross-sections oriented substantially parallel to the fluid flow direction. The method further includes dividing each 2D cross-section into a plurality of Type I and Type II fracture segments based on a segment aspect ratio and a segment roughness ratio, determining a 2D segment hydraulic aperture for each of the plurality of Type I and Type II fracture segments, and determining the 3D hydraulic aperture of the 3D fracture based, at least in part, on the 2D segment hydraulic apertures of the plurality of Type I and Type II fracture segments.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a medium for primary isolation of Porphyromonas gingivalis, and a method for preparing the medium and use thereof. The medium for primary isolation of Porphyromonas gingivalis includes the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of a mixed peptone, 5-10 parts of a yeast extract powder, 1-5 parts of sodium chloride, 10-15 parts of agar, 0.5-1.0 parts of glucose, 0.2-0.8 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1-0.5 parts of an L-cysteine salt, 0.1-0.5 parts of soluble sodium pyrophosphate, 0.0001-0.0005 parts of hemin, 0.00001-0.00005 parts of vitamin K, 500-1000 parts of water and 5-10 parts of a sterile defiberized sheep blood. By adopting the medium for primary isolation of Porphyromonas gingivalis provided by examples of the present disclosure, a culture period of primary isolation of Porphyromonas gingivalis can be greatly shortened, and the primary isolation of Porphyromonas gingivalis can be quickly conducted.

A six-axis force sensor is used to collect the contact force between the stylus and the workpiece surface. In this method, the force control is realized in the measurement to make the stylus in constant force contact with the workpiece surface. The error compensation direction is determined according to the direction of the contact force, and then the effective radius of the stylus spherical head is compensated in this direction, thus the actual contact point of stylus and workpiece can be obtained.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for determining free radicals of CaO—Al2O3 series oxide melts. The method includes dividing the CaO—Al2O3 series oxide powder to into two aliquots by mass, putting into two identical corundum crucibles and tamping. The method also includes heating the two aliquots at the same high temperature in furnaces with and without a static magnetic field, respectively. Cylindrical samples with the same diameter and height, and only containing the melt at the bottom of the crucible and the slag reaction interface are drilled out from said two crucibles and ground into powder samples. The free radical relative content of the CaO—Al2O3 series oxide melts can be calculated from a ratio between the difference of the reaction mass contents of CaO in the two powder samples and the total mass content of CaO.

    Abstract: A binary alloy design method for a marine high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) stress corrosion-resistant steel is provided. The binary alloy design method permits synergistic inhibition of anodic dissolution and hydrogen embrittlement by binary alloying to prepare the marine HSLA stress corrosion-resistant steel, the marine HSLA stress corrosion-resistant steel has an increase of more than 50% in stress corrosion resistance in a simulated SO2 polluted marine atmospheric environment. Microalloying of one element is carried out to improve properties of a rust layer on a surface of a HSLA steel in a marine environment and reduce a electrochemical activity in a local microenvironment to inhibit the anodic dissolution. Microalloying of another element is carried out to reduce a cathodic hydrogen evolution, to increase a hydrogen trap density and to decrease a multiplicative hydrogen diffusion channel density as well as enhance a hydrogen resistance of a structure to inhibit the hydrogen embrittlement.

The Aureobasidium pullulans recombinant strain is obtained by knocking out a pullulan synthetase PUL gene while overexpressing an ACL gene. The obtained Aureobasidium pullulans recombinant strain can significantly increase the yield of heavy oil. After 7-day fermentation with xylose as carbon source, the yield of the heavy oil of the recombinant strain reaches 19.4372 g/L, while the yield of the heavy oil of the original strain is 10.0325 g/L, i.e. the recombinant strain improves the yield by 93.74% compared with the original strain.
