Abstract: An Oncidium plant extract and methods for treating diabetes mellitus, liver protection and preventing acute respiratory distress syndrome thereof are provided, the steps for extracting the Oncidium plant extract include taking an Oncidium plant sample, drying and grinding the sample to obtain a ground Oncidium plant sample, and then extracting the ground Oncidium plant sample in a solvent by an accelerated solvent extraction or an ultrasonic extraction to obtain an Oncidium plant extract.

Abstract: Expression vectors and methods of protein purification, which allow for selection of full length protein over truncated forms of the protein being purified, are disclosed. The methods express a target protein as a three domain fusion, represented by formula I:A-[Li]-B-[L2]-C, where A is a first purification tag domain, C is the second purification tag domain and B is the target protein domain. A, B and C are preferably covalently linked by linkers, L1 and L2 may be optional. The purification tags at the N and C termini are different. The purification tags at the N and C termini are different. Expression vectors including nucleic acid sequences which encode the fusion protein represented by formula I are also disclosed. The vectors are used with host expression systems such as insect, yeast, or mammalian cells to express the target protein, which is subsequently purified as a function of the different affinity tags.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a precursor solution, a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The solute of the precursor solution includes a metal halide, the solvent of the precursor solution is an organic solvent, and the precursor solution contains nanobubbles, which have a diameter not more than 1000 nm, and the zeta potential of the precursor solution does not exceed-20 mV. The method of preparing the precursor solution includes: (1) preparing an organic solvent containing nanobubbles; (2) dissolving a solute in the organic solvent containing nanobubbles. The precursor solution of the disclosure has a very low zeta potential, and the nanobubbles can exist stably in the organic solvent(s) for up to one month. When comparing with traditional methods for preparing the precursor solution of the perovskite cells, the method for preparing the precursor solution of the disclosure can effectively improve the stability, reproducibility and solubility of the metal halide in the organic solvent(s).

Abstract: A recycling method of waste lithium manganate cathode materials is provided. The recycling method includes: firstly, mixing the waste lithium manganate cathode materials with sulfuric acid for hydrothermal reaction, to obtain manganese dioxide and washing solution; then reacting the washing solution with ammonium bicarbonate, to obtain manganese carbonate and lithium sulfate; and mixing the manganese dioxide, lithium sulfate and lithium hydroxide monohydrate, then performing a sintering treatment, washing and a tempering treatment in sequence, to obtain recycled lithium manganate cathode materials. The recycling method can obtain manganese dioxide, spherical manganese carbonate and lithium sulfate by adjusting the reaction temperature and reaction time, realizing the effective recovery of manganese and lithium.

Abstract: A holographic wavefront printing system and method are provided. A two-dimension digital blazed grating is loaded on a phase hologram, and the emergent direction of active region diffracted light is adjusted to prevent overlapping with the dead region diffracted light after being Fourier transformed by a lens, and a phase spatial light modulator is inclined by a preset angle to change the emergent direction of the diffracted light, such that the dead region zeroth-order and first-order diffracted light on a focusing surface are symmetrical with respect to a main optical axis of a first lens, the frequency spectrum center of active region zeroth-order diffracted light is then loaded to the original frequency spectrum center without information change. In this way, the adverse effects of the dead region diffracted light and active region high-order diffracted light of the phase spatial light modulator on holographic wavefront printing are eliminated.

Abstract: A simulator and test method of polarization transmission in sea fog belong to the technical field of polarization transmission characteristics.
