Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of development of underground resources such as petroleum, natural gas, geothermal energy, etc., in particular to a downhole explosion robot based on planetary roller screw telescoping and traction method thereof. The present invention provides a downhole explosion robot based on planetary roller screw telescoping and traction method thereof, comprising a rear joint, a rear main body, a telescopic sub, a front main body, and a front joint, and the rear main body is provided with a rear control sub and a rear support sub; the front main body is provided with a front support sub and a front control sub, and the telescopic sub is respectively connected with the rear support sub and the front support sub. The invention has the advantages of reliability and stability, with less impact on the tube string, and can be applicable to smaller wellbore.
Abstract: An accelerated life test method for a speed reducer of an industrial robot is provided. The accelerated life test method includes: setting first load stress higher than rated load stress and second load stress lower than the rated load stress; performing an accelerated life test by loading the first load stress to first speed reducer samples; calculating a service life of each of the first speed samples in the accelerated life test; performing a contrast test by loading the second load stress to second speed reducer samples; calculating a service life of each of the second speed samples in the contrast test; and calculating an acceleration coefficient, and the acceleration coefficient is equal to a ratio of the service life in the accelerated life test to the service life in the contrast test.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system for automatic detection of music listening reactions, comprising a wearable sensor and a mobile device. The wearable sensor is worn on the listener's ear. The mobile device receives an inertial signal and a sound signal of the listener from the wearable sensor. Abstract: The invention discloses Method for whole component microwave fast digestion and precious metal extraction from ionic liquid of waste circuit board, and belongs to the field of hydrometallurgy. Based on the theory that microwaves can directly penetrate through a leaching medium to directly heat a circuit board, microwave-assisted leaching can reinforce mass transfer and heat transfer in the traditional leaching process, the leaching time is greatly shortened, and the leaching efficiency is improved. Before leaching, a waste circuit board does not need to be smashed, and environmental protection is achieved while energy is saved. The temperature rising process and reaction time of the reaction can be controlled, the whole process is conducted under the airtight condition, heat loss in the leaching process is avoided, the valuable leaching rate is high, the selectivity is high, and efficient leaching of valuable metal can be achieved.
Abstract: Disclosed are a negative pressure driven sucking apparatus and a preparation method thereof. The sucking apparatus comprises a sucking disc body, wherein a negative pressure cavity is formed in the middle of the sucking disc body, and the negative pressure cavity is connected with a vacuum line, and the bottom of the negative pressure cavity having a flexible section, and an annular wedge-shaped microstructure is formed at the bottom of the body surrounding the flexible section. Stable loading and release processes of the annular wedge-shaped microstructure are realized.

Abstract: A method for identifying a reef-shoal reservoir in a faulted lacustrine basin based on a basement structure-paleogeomorphology-seismic facies progressive constraint, including: analyzing a basement structure of a work area; establishing a paleogeomorphology classification standard according to thickness, reflection structure and stratigraphic dip; based on well-seismic calibration and forward modeling, establishing a seismic facies classification standard for reef-shoal facies belts under different paleo-geomorphic conditions, and quantitatively predicting and describing a reservoir in the reef-shoal facies belts using seismic facies-controlled inversion; and according to analysis results of basement structure characteristic, paleogeomorphology classification and seismic facies, establishing a method for predicting a favorable reservoir.

Abstract: A two-dimensionality detection method for industrial control system attacks: collecting data; transmitting the data to a PLC and an embedded attack detection system; uploading, by the PLC, received data to an SCADA system; transmitting, by the SCADA system, the data to the embedded attack detection system after classifying and counting the data; before starting detection, directly reading, by the embedded attack detection system, the data measured by sensors; refining data association relationships and probability distribution characteristics of the sensors of normal operation to complete storage of health data model; after starting detection, in first dimensionality, comparing the data collected directly by the sensors with statistical data of the SCADA system to judge the attacked condition of the SCADA system, and in second dimensionality, comparing the characteristics of the data collected directly by the sensors and counted online with the health data model to judge the attacked condition of the sensors.
Abstract: A dual-band filtering switch based on a single quad-mode dielectric resonator (DR) includes: a first printed circuit board (PCB) provided thereon with an input terminal; a second PCB provided thereon with an output terminal; a shielding shell arranged between the first and second PCBs and enclosing a shielding cavity together with the first and second PCBs; and a single quad-mode DR arranged in the shielding cavity. The first and second PCBs each include a feeding layer, a dielectric layer, and a ground layer that are stacked in sequence. The feeding layers of the first and second PCBs each include a microstrip line and a switching circuitry connected to the microstrip line, and the feeding layer is in contact with a surface of the DR to realize a switching function of the filtering switch. The proposed filtering switch feature low loss transmission and high selectivity with dual-band operation, miniaturization with the fewest resonators and friendly-integration, simultaneously.
Abstract: A 3D measurement model and the spatial calibration method based on a 1D displacement sensor are proposed. A 3D measurement system based on a fixed 1D displacement sensor is established; then a spatial measurement model based on the 1D displacement sensor is established; and then based on the high precision pose data of the measurement plane and sensor measurement data, spatial calibration constraint equation are established; a weighted iterative algorithms is employed to calculate the extrinsic parameters of the 1D sensor that meet the precision requirements, then the calibration process is completed. A high precision 3D measurement model is established; a 3D measurement model based on a 1D displacement sensor is established, and the calibration method of the measurement model is proposed, which will improve the precision of the 3D measurement model and solve the problem of inaccurate spatial measurement caused by the errors of the sensor extrinsic parameters.

Abstract: An application of MAL33 gene deletion in improving the tolerance of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to inhibitors in a lignocellulose hydrolyzate is provided. The tolerance of the present MAL33 gene-deleted Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain to acetic acid is greatly improved, and the tolerance of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain to other typical inhibitors and H2O2 in the lignocellulose hydrolyzate is also improved. The lag period of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain in a glucose and xylose medium (YPDX) with 3.5 g/L acetic acid is shortened by 24 h. The fermentation period of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain to produce ethanol through co-utilization of glucose and xylose is shortened by 20 h. The growth of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain in a glucose and xylose medium (YPDX) with a mixed inhibitor and the ethanol production of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain through the co-fermentation of glucose and xylose are superior to those of a control strain.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an industrial equipment operation, maintenance and optimization method and system based on a complex network model. The method includes the following steps: obtaining data of all sensors of industrial equipment, and calculating a Spearman correlation coefficient between data of every two of the sensors within the same time period; using each sensor as a node, and using the Spearman correlation coefficient as a weight of a network edge, to construct a fully connected weighted network; and obtaining, when an adjustment instruction for a target feature is received, a currently optimal parameter adjustment path of the target feature based on the fully connected weighted network. In the present invention, production equipment in reality is digitized to construct a complex network oriented to industrial big data. An optimal path for equipment parameter tuning may be found by using the network, thereby reducing dependence of an enterprise on a domain expert.
Abstract: A rubber reinforcing filler and a method for preparing rubber reinforcing filler by activation and modification of coal gangue are provided. The method includes the following steps: providing coal gangue raw material; crushing coal gangue raw materials; the crushed coal gangue raw materials are ultrafine grinding to obtain coal gangue particles; coal gangue particles were obtained by air flow classification. Activation of coal gangue particles; the activated gangue particles were surface modified and ground to obtain the modified gangue particles. The invention relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and the technical field of rubber filler. The method is simple and effective, which can complete the blending modification of coupling agent and activated coal gangue particles for surface modification at low cost, so as to avoid the waste of materials in the traditional modification process and realize the preparation of high quality rubber reinforcing filler.
