Abstract: A generally hollow preform for making a stretch blow-molded container may include a threaded finish portion; a neck portion depending from the finish portion; a transition portion depending from the neck portion; a main portion depending from the transition portion; and a closed, generally rounded tip portion depending from the main portion. The preform may include stretch ratios with respect to the container including an axial stretch ratio of about 3.0 to 3.5, a hoop stretch ratio of about 5.0 to 5.5, and a total stretch ratio of about 15 to 19.25. In some embodiments, high stretch ratios may be achieved with less material, yielding substantial cost savings.

Abstract: A magnetic surface mounting apparatus used for hanging items is described. The apparatus has several parts that can assemble and disassemble easily. The magnet housed in a magnetic case is surrounded by a boot. The boot is designed so the user can easily dislodge the magnet from the surface using the safety handle. The hanger is attached to the boot using the swivel pin. This apparatus can be used to hang working tools in a building or construction area or any area where several people use common tools and want ease of access and less clutter. It can be used in many sites and prevent health and safety hazards.

Abstract: A device capable of retaining a portable electronic component includes a frame having a front surface and a rear surface and a handle coupled to the rear surface of the frame, wherein the handle is movable between a retracted position and a plurality of extended positions with respect to the rear surface of the frame along an axis of rotation that is horizontally offset from a vertical centerline of the frame. The rear surface of the frame may include a recessed handle receiving well having a depth capable of housing a portion of the handle in its retracted position. The handle may have a depth dimension approximately equal to the handle receiving well of the rear surface of the frame such that the handle in its retracted position is generally flush with the rear surface of the frame.

Abstract: A consumable composition may include naringenin at concentrations suitable to improve certain characteristics of the composition. Naringenin may, for example, be added to a composition or included in a sweetening composition that may be added therein to adjust sweetness attributes. For example, beverages that include one or more steviol glycosides may typically be deficient in upfront sweetness, and naringenin may be added therein to improve the temporal profile of sweetness delivery.
Abstract: Stable vitamin oil-in-water emulsions and methods of making those emulsions are described herein. The emulsions may be used to make beverage products that include fat-soluble vitamins. The emulsions may also be used in beverage products that are colored and which maintain color stability for an extended period of time.
Abstract: Illuminated moldings with integrated control are provided. The illuminated moldings with integrated control use low voltages, are energy efficient and easy to install and use. The illuminated moldings with integrated control may be attached to various surfaces of different objects. The illuminated molding is insulated and does not carry electricity, and can be placed under water with never a risk of shock even if something damages or cuts the molding. Further, the illuminated moldings with an integrated control allow a user to control various illumination characteristics and effects such as the turn on or turn off time, the color, the brightness, the transition between various operation modes. The integrated control may be wired or wireless.
Abstract: Beverage products may include an amount of solid material that may include a substantial non-aqueous fraction and may solidify at temperatures of about 25° F. to about 45° F. Particulate matter may include oils and/or a fibrous portion and the particles may provide a perception that the beverage includes crushed ice.

Abstract: A bulk material shipping container unloader having an expandable supporter, a pallet receiver supported by the extendable supporter, and a material director supported by the pallet receiver.
Abstract: A scoring tool comprising a base with a first edge and a second edge defining a recess; and one or more marker recesses. There is a pad capable of removably fitting into the defined recess and having one or more scoring guide lines. One or more markers having a locking mechanism capable of coupling with the marker recesses is included as is a pen assembly, capable of being removably coupled to the base and having one or more scoring tips. The scoring tool can include one or more marker guides on the first edge of the base, wherein the marker guide is a notch. The markers can include a protrusion capable of resting in the marker guide thereby securing the marker in place. The marker recess can be a hole in the base. The locking mechanism can be a retractable protrusion capable of coupling with the marker recesses.
