The injectable intratumor formulation may be an emulsion, solution or suspension, all of which comprise a therapeutically effective amount of a basic chemotherapeutic drug dissolved or suspended in a biocompatible carrier, wherein the basic chemotherapeutic drug is an anthracycline base, a vina alkaloid base, an eribulin base or an alkylating agent base.
