Patents Assigned to Useong Electro Mechanics Co., Ltd.
  • Patent number: 10072764
Abstract: Provided is a coupling structure of an electromagnetic valve for controlling water supply. The coupling structure comprises: a coupling member provided with a coupling protrusion to be coupled to an upper portion of the valve body; at least one hook provided on the coupling member to be hooked to a locking piece; a supporting plate outwardly extending from a lower end of a sleeve to support the electromagnetic part, the sleeve being divided into upper and lower parts provided at upper and lower portions of the electromagnetic part; the locking piece provided at an end of the supporting plate by being bent upwardly to be hooked to the hook; and engaging pieces protruding from opposite sides of the supporting plate to engage with engaging grooves of the sleeve, thereby preventing the electromagnetic part from rotating.

  • Patent number: 8555916
Abstract: An electromagnetic valve having a flow control function. A valve body has an inlet, an outlet, a valve chest, and a valve plate contained inside the valve chest. The valve plate opens and closes a valve seat using a movable core in order to control the flow rate of water and to prevent backflow. A first channel is disposed inside the outlet. A flow control means, configured as a single unit, is inserted into the outlet, and includes a mover for opening and closing a flow of water by being detached from and brought into contact with the first channel, a stator disposed coaxially with the mover. The stator allows the mover to be elastic and freely movable using a restoring element. A flow rate control element is supported on the stator, and has a predetermined interval from the stator to form a second channel.

  • Patent number: 8403295
Abstract: An electromagnetic valve. A body includes a valve chest disposed between an inlet and an outlet. A valve seat is opened and closed by a movable core. A lock ring is fitted into the inlet. A finishing member closes the outer end of the inlet, and in cooperation with the stator, forcibly fixes the lock ring and guides the tube to be inserted. A chamber is defined by an extension of the finishing member in the direction away from the inlet. A latch element adjacent to the lock ring limits the deformation of the lock ring in response to changes in the pressure of water. A support element protrudes from the outer circumference of the tube to support the rear end of the latch element. The locking ring is prevented from being deformed, so that the coupling of the tube becomes more structurally stable and secure.

  • Patent number: 8342029
Abstract: An apparatus for guarding a pressure sensor for a washing machine is provided, which adjusts the water level required to wash laundries. The apparatus for guarding a pressure sensor includes a diaphragm built in a space part of a housing to operate in accordance with the water pressure of washing water being supplied through an inlet, a metal core mounted on an upper surface of the diaphragm through a coil spring, a first sensing part installed in a moving path of the metal core to output a signal required for adjustment of a water level of the washing water, a measurement part mounted on an upper surface of the metal core to ascend/descend along an operation path of the coil spring, a second sensing part mounted on an upper side of the space part to sense maximum and minimum positions of the measurement part, and a controller outputting a blocking signal to an inlet path of the inlet.

  • Patent number: 7546999
Abstract: Disclosed is a solenoid valve for controlling water supply. The solenoid valve includes a constant flow control member having a chamber at one side of a connecting pipe branched from a body which has an outlet port, the chamber temporarily accommodating water and quantitatively supplying the water by using a flow control sheet, and a low-pressure flow control member tightly installed in an inlet port which communicates with the connecting pipe of the chamber, the low-pressure flow control member having a hollow body to enclose the flow control sheet. A first flow channel is formed between an outer periphery of the low-pressure flow control member and an inner periphery of the inlet port, and a second flow channel is formed by a hole of the low-pressure flow control member, a passage of the flow control sheet, and a hole of the resilient member.
