Abstract: To provide a fixing structure for side belt fasteners in which positions of fasteners at end portions of side belts are easy to find by touch, so that operations of attaching and detaching the fasteners are facilitated. In a fixing structure for side belt fasteners, side belt fasteners (eye tape 4 and hook tape 5) of a brassiere with a hook fitting and an eye fitting sewn on tape-shaped interlinings are attached between a front fabric 10a and a back fabric 10b of the brassiere 10 via adhesive layers. Outer edges of the interlinings 4a and 5a are set back inward with a predetermined length from outer edges of the front fabric 10a and the back fabric 10b, and the back fabric 10b covering the interlinings 4a and 5a is limited to one end portions of the interlinings 4a and 5a.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a core-material-containing garment, the method includes: a feeding step of feeding fabric (2) in a wound state onto a conveyor table (1) without relaxing or substantially relaxing the fabric (2); a core material application step of applying a reactive hot-melt adhesive to the fabric (2) on the conveyor table (1) to form a core material (12); an adhesive application step of applying a bonding hot-melt adhesive (13) configured to bond the fabric (2); and a drying step of drying the applied bonding hot-melt adhesive (13), and in the core material application step, the reactive hot-melt adhesive is mixed with nitrogen gas and foamed, and the reactive hot-melt adhesive is applied using an application device provided with a resin discharge unit that is movable in at least two axial directions of vertical and horizontal directions.

Abstract: A clothing article having a cup part includes a main body cloth front part 11, a main body cloth rear part 12, and a main body cloth shoulder strap 14 that are formed only of an elastic material. The main body cloth shoulder strap 14 is continuously formed with the main body cloth front part 11 and the main body cloth rear part 12. The main body cloth shoulder strap 14 is larger in width and less prone to stretch at a main body cloth shoulder strap top portion 14a than at a main body cloth front part joint portion 15 and at a main body cloth rear part joint portion 16. The main body cloth front part 11 is less prone to stretch at its bust part, and the main body cloth rear part 12 is less prone to stretch at its center zone. The main body cloth rear part joint portion 16 is placed more inward than the main body cloth shoulder strap top portion 14a and the main body cloth front part joint portion 15.

Abstract: A garment with a crotch part according to the present invention is a garment with a crotch pat formed at least by a front body (2) which covers an abdominal, a back body (3) which covers a buttock, and a crotch section (5), wherein an opening (9) is formed at the crotch section (5), and the opening (9) is blocked by joining a godet cloth (12) through heat welding or adhesive. According to such a configuration, the garment with the crotch part according to the present invention is comfortable to wear with the wearing pressure when worn controlled, is able to shape a beautiful lower body, is relatively easy to produce and suited for mass production, and is also inexpensively supplied.

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a garment with a crotch part, which can be extremely easily formed and can be supplied at low cost with a small number of parts and joining positions. The garment with the crotch part imparts a difference in stretchability to the crotch part so as to be well fitted to a recess and projections of buttocks to provide three-dimensional feeling of wearing. Further, the garment provides comfortable feeling of wearing by its excellent contact with skin. The garment with the crotch part according to the present invention includes the crotch part formed of two substantially triangular stretchable fabric materials, and apex portions of a rear body are overlapped and joined with apex portions of a front body, respectively.

Abstract: There is disclosed a brassiere wire with a plastic protective cap at an end portion of the wire. A liquid primer is coated between the wire and the protective cap, wherein the protective cap is fixed on the wire by high frequency bonding through the liquid primer. Preferably, the wire and protective cap are cooled after high frequency bonding. The brassiere wire is free of a notch or a hole.
