Abstract: The invention relates to a mobile decontamination unit for thorough wet decontamination of persons, having a generally rectangular parallelepiped shape with a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis. The unit comprises a technical module and at least one shower module, which are adjacent to one another in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The unit also comprises a first retractable extension of the shower module in the direction of the transverse axis, on one side of said shower module, and/or a second retractable extension of the shower module in said direction of the transverse axis, on the other side of said shower module. The shower module and the one or more extensions comprise a decontamination line for persons for the circulation, in the direction of the transverse axis, of persons to be decontaminated by showering in the shower module.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for decontaminating persons, having a container having at least one decontamination shower, the container having at least one panel defined in an opening in one of the vertical walls of the container, the panel being mounted to pivot around a horizontal hinge which joins an upper edge of the panel to the container so as to be movable between a first position in which the panel extends substantially vertically and closes off the opening, and a second position in which the panel extends substantially horizontally and forms a ceiling covering a sheltered surface. The decontamination device also includes walls capable of closing off the sheltered surface to form at least one portion of the decontamination device.
Abstract: A device for the decontamination of materiel, notably an aircraft such as a military helicopter, using a nuclear, biological and/or chemical decontaminant. The device includes a protective cover that can be adapted to the shape of the materiel, able to form a fluid tight decontamination tunnel around the materiel; at least one decontamination module able to eliminate the contamination from the materiel arranged inside the tunnel formed by the protective cover; an air-blowing module able to be arranged at the entrance to the tunnel formed by the protective cover in order to dispatch air into the said tunnel; and a filtration module able to be positioned at the exit from the tunnel formed by the protective cover in order to destroy contaminated air vapours and/or to recover the decontaminant at the exit from the said tunnel.
