Abstract: A telephone enclosure assembly and directory holder device for use with indoor/outdoor telephone installations. The enclosure includes a one-piece cast or molded plastic housing shell. Side panels can be fastened to the shell and a security lock clip permits the panels to be locked in place but readily replaced in the event of sidewall damage or vandalism. A directory holder is attached to the shell and is capable of storing several directories which can be rotated from a closed position to an open position, allowing each reader to comfortably view all printed matter on each and every page of the directory.
