    Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing a beverage comprising: a bottle; a bladder for containing the beverage; and a spigot for dispensing the beverage, wherein the bladder is sealed to the base portion of the spigot. The spigot comprises: one or more air ports; and one or more vertical ridged elements. The beverage is entirely contained within the bladder. This bag-in-bottle beverage dispenser may be used as a container and dispenser of wine and other air and photosensitive consumables.
