Abstract: A respiratory half mask having a respiratory half mask body with a basic part for covering the mouth of the wearer and two side fields, which are situated opposite one another and are fixed in a folded-over position to the basic part for receiving a head holding portion on the wearer upon forming head holding portion receptacles. The respiratory half mask body includes a nose part fixedly connected to the basic part and foldable between a nose part wearing position and a nose part storing position and including at least two nose part part-recesses. The respiratory half mask body includes a chin part fixedly connected to the basic part and foldable between a chin part wearing position and a chin part storing position and comprising chin part part-recesses. The part-recesses serve for preventing the folded-over side fields fixing to the chin part and nose part upon fixing the side fields to the basic part.

Abstract: A helmet is provided including a helmet shell for spatially defining a head receiving space and an adjustable ventilation arrangement which is in flow-connection with the head receiving space. The ventilation arrangement includes at least one first ventilation device having at least one first ventilation channel running in the helmet shell and a first slider device, which is assigned to the at least one first ventilation channel and which for varying a flow cross section of the at least one first ventilation channel is displaceable between a ventilation channel opening position and a ventilation channel closing position along the helmet shell. The at least one first ventilation device moreover includes a first latching device for latching the first slider device to secure it in at least one predefined latched position.

Abstract: A protective helmet including a helmet shell for at least partially covering the head of a helmet wearer, and a holding strap arrangement arranged on the helmet shell for holding the helmet shell on the head of the helmet wearer. The holding strap arrangement includes a chin strap connected to the helmet shell, a first closure part connected to the helmet shell, and a second closure part connected to the chin strap and can be brought into closed connection with the first closure part, with a closure being formed. The closure automatically opens in a first closed position if a predetermined opening tensile force acts between the closure parts, and the closure parts separate from each other. In a second closed position, the first closure part and the second closure part are always in closed connection with each other irrespective of a tensile force acting between the closure parts.

Abstract: A pair of spectacles including a lens arrangement having two lateral temple arm bearing arrangements. Each temple arm bearing arrangement has a first hinge lug having a first bearing opening and a second hinge lug having a second bearing opening, and at least one locking member insertion opening configured in the first or second hinge lug. The spectacles additionally comprise two temple arms, which respectively have a temple arm main body, and a bearing pin integrally connected thereto, which bearing pin, in the assembled state, is pivotably connected to the first and second bearing opening of the respective temple arm bearing arrangement. Each temple arm further has at least one locking member, which, in the assembled state, is arranged between the hinge lugs of the respective temple arm bearing arrangement and, in a pivot position, lockingly holds together this temple arm and the lens arrangement.

Abstract: A method for production of an eyeglass temple, the method including an injection of a first material into an injection molding tool upon forming an eyeglass temple main part with a main body and an inclination bearing body, and an injection of a second material into an eyeglass temple adjustment part cavity of the injection molding tool upon overmolding at least partly the inclination bearing body to form an eyeglass temple adjustment part, which is penetrated by the inclination bearing body and pivotable in relation thereto, after the first material has cured at least partly, and a removal of the eyeglass temple, which is in an eyeglass temple injection molding position, from the injection molding tool when the first material and the second material have cured at least partly.

Abstract: In a hearing protection earplug made of foamed material, provision is made in order to attain a defined attenuation and avoid annoyances caused by self-generated sounds, that the surface of the hearing protection earplug has hollows in the area of the inner end face. The hearing protection earplug includes a main body having a central center longitudinal axis and in the direction of this central center longitudinal axis an axially inner end face and an axially outer end face. In the area of the inner end face, surface area enlarging inner hollows are provided, one of which, in the form of an inner central longitudinal hollow, extends inward longitudinally relative to the center longitudinal axis, starting from the inner end face. Also provided is an outer central longitudinal hollow that extends inward longitudinally relative to the center longitudinal axis, starting from the outer end face.

Abstract: In a protective device for the human body, in particular a bow-type ear protector, a pair of safety work goggles, or the like, that includes a joint between two parts that are to be joined in articulated fashion that is formed by a film hinge in the form of a strap hinge injection-molded integrally with the parts to be joined, it is provided that in addition to the first strap hinge, a second strap hinge, also injection-molded integrally with the parts to be joined, is provided, which can be folded up and which is disposed in the joint region at a spacing from the first strap hinge.
