Abstract: Disclosed herein is an inductive component whose soft magnetic core is produced by pouring a casting resin into a mold filled with a soft magnetic alloy powder and by subsequently hardening the casting resin with the alloy powder in order to form a solid soft magnetic core. This technique prevents the surface insulation of the alloy particles from becoming damaged, thereby largely preventing the formation of bulky eddy currents in the resulting soft magnetic cores. This enables a distinct reduction in the electric loss of the inductive component.
Abstract: An antenna arrangement for the inductive transmission of energy has magnetic cores made of a composite material with amorphous or nanocrystalline flakes and a moulded plastic material, so that the magnetic properties suitable for effective energy transmission can be adjusted at the same time as high security against fracture and a small overall height are achieved.
