The motor component has a body extending along a rotation axis of the motor, the body being formed by a set of laminations, and an axially extending cavity being provided on the body; and wherein at least one elongated lamination-holding component is provided in the body, and the lamination-holding component is inserted into the axially extending cavity and is coupled to the body inside the axially extending cavity.
