Patents Assigned to Valeo Siemens eAutomotive Norway AS
  • Publication number: 20230317338
Abstract: A winding support includes a tube for receiving one of the legs of a ferromagnetic core of a magnetic component such that half-legs of the leg face each other in the tube. The magnetic component further includes windings which correspond to the leg and which are wound on the tube. The winding support includes a wedging protrusion and at least one spacing wall. The wedging protrusion is formed on an inner surface of the tube so as to define an air gap between the opposing half-legs. The at least one spacing wall, which is formed opposite the wedging protrusion and on an outer surface of the tube, is configured to keep at least one of the windings away from the air gap.

  • Patent number: 11336186
Abstract: The subject matter of the invention is a resonant DC-DC voltage converter, notably for an electric or hybrid vehicle, said converter including n interleaved main resonant circuits, n being a natural integer greater than or equal to two, and in which: the main resonant circuits are connected together at least one neutral point different from a ground of the converter, said neutral point being connected to a ground of the converter by an impedance configured to store energy and to enable zero voltage switching of the switches of the resonant DC-DC converter.

  • Patent number: 11196349
Abstract: The subject matter of the invention is a three-phase resonant DC-DC voltage converter, notably for an electric or hybrid vehicle, said converter including a plurality of resonant circuits. First inductive elements of the resonant circuits are coupled together and primary windings of the transformers of each resonant circuit are coupled together.
