Abstract: The invention relates to a windshield wiper device (1) having at least one connection for mounting on the body of a motor vehicle, this connection consisting of a fastening element that can be pushed into a receiving opening in the body and comprises a sleeve (4A, 4B) made of a deformable material of the rubber type, which can be introduced into this opening and has a bore (6) that receives the free end of a fastening finger (5) carried by the windshield wiper device. According to the invention, the external cross section of said fastening finger (5) is in the form of a cross and the shape of said bore (6) has a complementary shape, the length of the perpendicular branches (5A to 5D) of said cross being at least partially different, such as to ensure polarization and mounting of the sleeve on the fastening finger in a precise position in which rotation is prevented.
Abstract: The starter motor circuit (1) comprises a combination (10) of a starter motor and of a device (LPF) for stepping up the battery voltage. The device for stepping up the battery voltage is intended to prevent a drop in battery voltage caused by a current spike that appears in a power circuit of the starter motor when power is applied thereto. The starter motor in the conventional way comprises an electric motor (DCM) and an electromagnetic contactor (EC). The device for stepping up the battery voltage is a filtering device of the inductive type which is mounted in series with the electric motor in the power circuit and comprises a casing made of magnetic material, a primary winding circuit intended to be inserted in series in the power circuit, and a secondary winding circuit mounted as a short circuit.
Abstract: The invention relates to a combined method and device for powering and charging, wherein said device comprises an AC motor (6), a converter (2), storage means (5), and switching means (4) either for enabling the powering of the motor (6) or for enabling the charging of the storage means (5) by the converter (2). The switching means (4) is integrated in the converter (2) and includes at least one H-shaped bridge structure (3) for each phase of the motor (6).
Abstract: A method of force-fitting a commutator (3) onto the shaft (2) of a rotor. This force-fitting is over an externally knurled part (6) of one end (4) of the shaft. The force-fitting is performed in such a way that the externally knurled part remains located on the outside of a first portion (A) of the commutator supporting the slip rings (8). According to another feature, an internally knurled part (9) of the commutator, situated essentially on the outside of the first portion (A), is force-fitted over an externally plain part (7) of the end of the shaft. The method has the notable advantage of allowing longer brush life. The method is particularly well suited to applications to a motor vehicle alternator or alternator-starter.
Abstract: A method for charging accumulation means configured by an electric charging device is disclosed. The charging device includes switching arms respectively including a first switch and a second switch. The method involves ordering a predetermined number of first switches to close respectively for an associated closure time, and on each opening of a first switch that was previously closed, another first switch is ordered to close for an associated closure time, so that a constant number of first switches are closed at a same time.
Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly of two parts crimped together by folding at least one portion of peripheral edge (12) of one so-called first part (8) over the other so-called second part (9). Abstract: A voltage regulator device for a rotary electrical machine, notably an alternator and/or alternator-starter of a motor vehicle. The regulator device (14) comprises one or more electronic components (28) able to contribute to controlling the electric machine, a heat sink (30) having parallel heat-dissipating vanes (32). The heat sink is in a heat-exchange relationship with the component or components, and a support (34) on which the heat sink is positioned. The support is able to be mounted on the electric machine in such a way that the vanes of the heat sink can orient an air flow towards a region of depression provided between the support and the machine. A bearing of an electric machine is equipped with such a device and to an electric machine equipped with such a bearing.

Abstract: An electrical machine such as an alternator or starter-alternator for a motor vehicle which is fitted with the one-piece voltage-regulator/brush-holder assembly (1).
