Abstract: The invention relates to a method for assembling a roller conveyor having rollers for products, each having a cylindrical roller body and a first and second support element on opposite ends of the roller body, the second support element having pulley means; providing a frame having a first and second frame part for mounting therebetween the rollers; and, for the purpose of mounting a roller to the frame: mounting the first support element to a first mounting provision of the first frame part; passing a drive element and a further drive element over the pulley means of the roller; tensioning the drive element by exerting a force on the roller by means of a tensioning device; mounting the second support element of the roller to a second mounting provision of the second frame part while keeping the drive element tensioned; and removing the tensioning device from the roller.

Abstract: Sorting system for sorting products as well as method for application thereof. The sorting system comprises a central control system and a number of combinations of an elongated carrying body and a pusher body. The carrying bodies extend parallel to each other and are each configured for carrying a product to be sorted. The sorting system further comprises a displacing device for moving the combinations. Each combination is further provided with a further displacing device that is provided with an on-board driving device for moving the pusher body in a sorting direction along the carrying body for pushing a product carried by the carrying body off of the carrying body with the pusher body, as well as with an on-board control system that is configured for receiving destination data emanating from the central control system and for driving the on-board driving device hereto.

Abstract: A loading station for a pocket conveyor having two conveying lines. The loading station has a receiving section for receiving pockets for each conveying line; a receiving section for objects, with which the pockets are to be loaded; and a device for each conveying line, into each of which an empty pocket to be filled can be introduced. In addition, the loading station has a moving unit for moving the devices from a receiving section for objects to one of the receiving sections for receiving pockets, and back again. The loading station is also designed to alternately load the pockets of the first conveying line and the pockets of the second conveying line.

Abstract: A conveyor system comprising a plurality of conveyor elements forming a conveyor chain for conveying hanging goods, wherein the conveyor chain extends along a conveyor path. A plurality of hanging elements are movable along and mounted on a guide which extends at least in sections parallel to the conveyor path. The hanging elements comprise an engaging section configured to contact in each case one of the conveyor elements to receive a driving force from the conveyor element which is directed along the guide. The engaging section of the hanging elements is tiltable between a conveying position and an accumulating position, wherein the engaging section is straightened in the conveying position to receive the driving force, and is tilted away in the accumulating position to evade the driving force. The engaging section presses into its conveying position.

Abstract: Sorting system for sorting products as well as method for application thereof. The sorting system comprises a central control system and a number of combinations of an elongated carrying body and a pusher body. The carrying bodies extend parallel to each other and are each configured for carrying a product to be sorted. The sorting system further comprises a displacing device for moving the combinations. Each combination is further provided with a further displacing device that is provided with an on-board driving device for moving the pusher body in a sorting direction along the carrying body for pushing a product carried by the carrying body off of the carrying body with the pusher body, as well as with an on-board control system that is configured for receiving destination data emanating from the central control system and for driving the on-board driving device hereto.

Abstract: A method for collecting products listed in an order in a product collecting system having a plurality of modules, the method including: assigning the order to a module, allocating a product listed in the order to the order if the product is already available in the module, allocating a product to the order from another module if the product of the “slow-moving” type is not already available in the module whereas it is available in the other module, allocating a product to the order from a pallet warehouse if the product of the “slow-moving” type is not already available in the module nor in another module, and releasing the order and loading the products onto a collecting carrier when all the products listed in the order have been collected in the module.

Abstract: System and method for screening objects of an individual, comprising an infeed station, object containers, an outfeed station, a screening station for automated screening of object containers from the infeed station and a conveyor for conveying object containers from the infeed station to the outfeed station via the screening station. Abstract: The present application relates to an apparatus for sorting a plurality of different objects and a corresponding method. The apparatus comprises at least one first sorting stage with at least two sorting lines, each having an input end and an output end. The input ends of the sorting lines of the first sorting stage are connected to an infeed conveyor for feeding the objects, and the output ends of the sorting lines of the first sorting stage are connected to a first transport conveyor for carrying the objects further. Arranged at the output ends of each of the sorting lines is an interrupter, which is designed to individually let out objects from the respective sorting line, and arranged at the output ends of each of the sorting lines is a device for counting and/or identifying the objects let out of the respective sorting line.

The device comprises a base member, an arm which is pivotable about a vertical pivot axis relative to the base member, and a carrying element having a supporting surface for supporting an item of luggage. The maintenance cart can be moved over a guide for the shuttles through an aisle.

Abstract: The invention provides a system for storing product containers. The control system of the system comprises a central control unit to determine a route for a carriage along a part of a guide system and to send a control signal for the route in question to the carriage control unit of the carriage. The guide system is provided with unique identification signs at at least some of the junctions. Each carriage is provided with a reader for reading an identification sign and communicating said identification sign to the carriage control unit. The central control unit is designed to mark certain junctions as “blocked” under certain circumstances and to generate a list of unique identification signs associated with the “blocked” junctions. Each carriage control unit is designed to store said list in a database of the carriage control unit and to cause the carriage to stop if the identification sign is on the list as stored in the database of the carriage control unit.
