Abstract: A method and apparatus for dispensing a liquid when licked is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a substantially spherical member; a cap member, and a valve. The cap member comprise a concave member adapted to accept a spherical cap and retaining the spherical member within the concave member while forming a volume therebetween, and a valve, in sealed hydraulic communication with the volume between the spherical member and the concave member, the valve permitting fluid communication between the volume and a vessel sealingly affixed to the cap member in a first configuration and prohibiting fluid communication between the volume and the vessel in a second configuration.
