Abstract: A device permitting simple and reliable extraction of an object with a longitudinal inner lumen from its anchoring in a body, e.g. a cardiac pacemaker cable having an electrode cable with a spiral coil, has an actuation device (20) and an anchoring part (4). By turning an actuation sleeve (22) of the actuation device (20), a tractive force is applied to a cable (8) resting in a tube (11) in such a way that it can be moved in its longitudinal direction. On the distal end of the cable (8), there is a tiltable anchoring part (4, 5) with a cross section in the form of a parallelogram.
