Abstract: The present invention relates to an X-ray photographing apparatus that is capable of being automatically transformed to panoramic, CT, and cephalometric photographing apparatuses having corresponding modes in accordance with the mounting or demounting of a panoramic sensor, a CT sensor, or a cephalometric sensor thereon/therefrom, thereby at once performing the photographing for the images being the corresponding modes.
