Patents Assigned to Vehicle Enhancement Labs
  • Patent number: 8944269
Abstract: A watercraft fuel cap having the ability to lock in place to a common fuel filler receiver and having a series of unique downward slot designs and necessitating a matching downward slot designed key for tightening or removing the fuel cap from the fuel filler receiver. The fuel cap would also have the ability for a tethering device which attaches the fuel cap and the fuel receiver together. When the fuel cap is removed for the re-fueling process the tether allows for removal but limits the distance the fuel cap can be moved away from the fuel filler receiver. The tether keeps the fuel cap from being missed placed or falling into the water.

  • Patent number: 8678469
Abstract: A soft top fabric cover supported by an internal frame work provides a removal end support rail in closest range to a cargo bed tail gate, contains a latch system which allows coupling or uncoupling of the fabric cover from both left and right side longitudinal rails. Further, both left and right longitudinal rails incorporate a full length downward angled slot which accepts an incorporated receiver located on the outer edges of the fabric cover. Upon tensioning, the fabric cover is securely coupled to its internal frame work.

  • Patent number: 8596556
Abstract: The present invention provides additional cooling assistance for automotive heat exchanging systems used for the cooling of liquids or air needed for engine operations. This operating system utilizes a liquid reservoir, an electric pump, a liquid transfer hose housing a directional flow valve, a spray nozzle, a liquid recycling tray mounted below the heat exchanger, a recycling liquid return hose, an electrical timed pulse relay circuit incorporated into a remotely mounted electrical on and off switch assembly, or the system can be automated with the incorporation of an adjustable thermostatic control sensor circuit. Under extreme operating conditions, a vehicle's engine can reach undesirable operating temperatures and when providing a mist of liquid to the frontal area of the heat exchanger, helps to stabilize or drop the engine's operating temperatures.

  • Patent number: 8021541
Abstract: The present invention relates to an automotive engine cooling system and the ability to filter contaminates from the cooling system liquid thus slowing down metal erosion of internal cooling system components. The present invention also allows the user to visually see the condition of the filtering device and the condition of the cooling system liquid. If the filtering device should plug or clog, a by-pass system is in place to allow the cooling system liquid to continue circulation not affecting the vehicle's engine temperature.

  • Patent number: 8015858
Abstract: The present invention a portable universal electric radiator cap pressure tester, having a multiple of common radiator cap filler necks fixed on a dash board. The fixed filler necks simulate the filler neck openings on a vehicle's radiator or overflow reservoir. This allows the user the ability to quickly install a common radiator cap on the face of the tool and pressurize the radiator cap to its maximum recommended pressure. This gives the user the knowledge if a used radiator cap will hold its recommend pressure and provide a water tight seal during operation on a vehicle when the engine cooling system is under operating pressure.

  • Patent number: 7775183
Abstract: The present invention removes voltage that accumulates over a period of time in an automotive engine cooling system. This accumulation of voltage is provided a path to travel inside the engine and cooling system by the cooling liquid used to cool the vehicles engine. This accumulation of voltage looks for a likable metal to bond with and the constant colliding of the voltage trying to bond with the metal creates damage know as electrolytic metal erosion. Overtime this act of nature erodes and weakens metal cooling system components causing them to fail. This process can lead to the vehicle breaking down due to its engine overheating. The electronic voltage remover is designed to remove and dissipate this harmful voltage from the vehicle's engine cooling system.
