Abstract: Skid-steer type power unit engageable with an implement using an attachment assembly including an attachment frame and a hitch. An arcuate frame member is located forwardly of the attachment frame and is engaged therewith in such a way that the frame member pivots about a vertical axis located forwardly of the frame member and generally centrally positioned relative to the attachment frame. The frame member pivots in response to actuation of a hydraulic cylinder. The power unit includes a system for transferring weight of the implement rearwardly onto the power unit. A belt-drive power-take off system on the power unit powers the implement's operation. An underbelly drop spreader is located between the front and rear wheels of the power unit and a brine delivery system distributes brine from nozzles located rearwardly of the rear wheels. A unique control panel permits operation of all systems on the power unit and implement.

Abstract: A base station (BS) is configured to transmit information including a plurality of first values and queue limit information to a user equipment (UE), wherein each of the plurality of first values is associated with at least one radio bearer. Further, the BS is configured to receive a plurality of buffer occupancy indicators, wherein each buffer occupancy indicator is associated with at least one queue, wherein each queue is associated with the at least one radio bearer. In response to the plurality of buffer occupancy indicators received, the BS allocates uplink resources to the UE, including data provided by a limited number of queues in the allocated uplink resources, wherein an amount of data received from each of the limited number of queues is limited based on the first values.
Abstract: Various systems and methods are described herein that facilitate the automatic monitoring, evaluating, and analysis of information gathered during a telemedicine appointment. The systems and methods are further adapted to generate automated clinical notes. Such systems, methods and apparatuses further allow for flexible, dynamic pricing and scheduling of telemedicine services based on a number of different factors including patient preferences and physician characteristics.

Abstract: A variety of methods and systems are disclosed, including, in one embodiment, a method including introducing fuel and oxygen into a solid oxide fuel cell to generate electric current, a fuel cell oxygen effluent, and a fuel cell exhaust; combusting combustion fuel and an oxygen source in the presence of a working fluid to generate heat and a combustion exhaust, wherein the working fluid comprises carbon dioxide; heating the solid oxide fuel cell with the heat generated by combustion; generating additional electric current from the combustion exhaust with at least one turbine; separating the combustion exhaust to form a carbon dioxide enriched stream and a water enriched stream; and recycling at least a portion of the carbon dioxide enriched stream as the working fluid.
Abstract: A base station comprising a processor and a communication interface configured to communicate with a plurality of cells in the network. The processor and the communication interface are configured to initiate a Broadcast/Multicast Service Session in the plurality of cells and provide configuration, coordination and synchronization to the plurality of cells for the Broadcast/Multicast Service Session. This is to ensure that the plurality of cells transmit identical data, substantially simultaneously. The Broadcast/Multicast Service configuration comprises radio resource configuration information including time and frequency resources, transmission configuration including modulation and coding scheme, and scheduling period. The communication interface and processor are further configured to notify the plurality of cells when the Broadcast/Multicast Service Session starts and when it ends.
Abstract: An example method involves receiving a playlist defining a sequence of media content items including first and second content items; retrieving first data representing the content items, and using the retrieved first data to play out the content items in accordance with the sequence; making a first determination of whether the playlist defines a placeholder between the first and second content items; responsive to the first determination being that the playlist defines a placeholder, making a second determination of whether a condition has been satisfied, wherein the condition corresponds to a content category type; and responsive to the second determination being that the condition has been satisfied, (i) retrieving second data representing a media content item of the content category type, and (ii) using the retrieved second data to play out the content item in between playing out the first and second content items.
Abstract: Various aspects of this disclosure relate to a prosthetic cover comprising an array of sensors, which transmit signals to an array of electrodes in a liner that fits over a residual limb of an amputee. Different interactions with the prosthetic cover cause different activation of the electrodes to transmit electrical current through different areas of the residual limb and modulate neurons differently within the residual limb.
Abstract: A system and method for remotely monitoring the operation of elevators to determine elevator shutdown. A control box is mounted to each elevator that includes one or more sensors that can detect movement of the elevator, a processor that can process data received from the sensors and a communications device that can transmit the processed data. The method includes determining a usage rate of movement of each of the elevators in the processor using the data, transmitting the usage rate from each of the communications devices to a remote server, and comparing the usage rate of each of the elevators to the usage rate of the other elevators in the server. The method then determines that one of the elevators has shut down or has a low performance if its usage rate is significantly different than the usage rate of the other elevators.
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives, from a base station, a plurality of resource allocations for a group of UEs, wherein the plurality of resource allocations are for communication of UEs in proximity to each other. The UE selects one of the plurality of resources allocations for transmission, and transmits using the selected resource allocation, wherein the UE is in proximity to at least one other UE.
