Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for the differentiating, diagnosing, and treating Lyme disease in a subject. The methods according to the invention are characterized by the detection of a biomarker signature capable of differentiating Lyme disease from like-symptom diseases, the biomarker signature being comprised of a combination of two or more analytes.
