Abstract: A compression connector for securing an apparatus to a mounting surface. The compression connector device can include a housing that can include a cavity configured to accept a wedge member within the cavity. The wedge member and cavity can include corresponding angular surfaces. A biasing means can be coupled to the wedge member or housing and configured to move the wedge member from a first position to a second position within the cavity. As the wedge member is moved to a second position a compressive force can be applied between the wedge and a mounting surface of an object.
Abstract: An apparatus is described for providing a stool or chair that a user may rest upon that may also be utilized by the user to carry a heavy load. The apparatus includes a backpack with an internalized support frame and a framework for a stool or chair seat. The internal frame supports a heavy load within the pack without pressing the internal framework against the users back.
Abstract: A storage device for storing and organizing various articles in interior corners includes a frame having first, second, and third sides, wherein the first and second sides are substantially perpendicular to one another, and the third side extends between respective distal ends of the first and second sides. The frame further includes one or more ribs extending between two of the first, second, and third sides to thereby define a plurality of open chambers in the interior space between the first, second, and third sides. In a particular embodiment, the frame is adapted to receive fasteners through the first and second sides to removably and horizontally attach the frame to respective adjacent walls.
