  • Publication number: 20170289322
Abstract: A relay server is coupled to a URL database within an open firewall. First and second Internet devices are configured for communication with the relay server and include respective first and second websites behind closed firewalls, wherein the second website is operative as a “fallback” website to the first website. A web browser on a client Internet device is connected to the relay server. The relay server is provided with software to facilitate communication between the web browser and the first Internet device website so that if the first Internet device website goes offline, the relay server will connect the web browser to the fallback website on the second Internet device.

  • Patent number: 9405736
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a system and method for processing a markup language file having one or more portions. Specifically, the system downloads a first markup language file using the hyper text transfer protocol and references the first markup language file by its uniform resource location or by a name of a local file on a system on which a user is operating. The first markup language is parsed for one or more portions of the first markup language file. Each portion of the first markup language file is stored into a directory structure containing folders, subfolders, and files complying with the structure of the first markup language file.

  • Patent number: 8949780
Abstract: A method and system for generating a computer application is disclosed. The computer application is generated on a host system in an arbitrary object framework that separates a content of said computer application, a form of said computer application and a functionality of said computer application. Arbitrary objects are created with corresponding arbitrary names of various object types for generating said content of said computer application, said form of said computer application, and said functionality of said computer application. The arbitrary objects are managed in an object library. The arbitrary objects are deployed from said object library into a design framework to create said computer application.

  • Patent number: 7076521
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a system for gathering data from a web-based server, transmitting the data to a web-based client, and storing the data on the web-based client. The web-based server translates data from a data supplier's proprietary data model into a data consumer's proprietary data model using a data mapping function. The web-based server also converts data from a structured data format to a markup language format. The web-based client periodically polls one or more data servers for data. The web-based client receives data in a markup language format and translates it into a structured data format, then stores it in a database. The web-based client and the web-based server can collaborate with each other to streamline the data conversion and translation process.

  • Patent number: 6826744
Abstract: A system and method for generating computer applications in an arbitrary object framework. The method separates content, form, and function of the computer application so that each may be accessed or modified separately. The method includes creating arbitrary objects, managing the arbitrary objects throughout their life cycle in an object library, and deploying the arbitrary objects in a design framework for use in complex computer applications.

  • Patent number: 6718103
Abstract: A system for transmitting images and methods of manufacturing and using the same. The system for transmitting images includes a camera, a fiber optic cable, and a display system. The camera comprises a lens system for receiving light signals from one or more still and/or moving objects to be imaged. Upon receiving the light signals, the lens system intensifies the light signals to produce a substantially-reduced image of the objects and communicates the entire substantially-reduced image in real-time to a lens system of the display system via a single filament of the fiber optic cable. The lens system of the display system then deminiaturizes (or magnifies) the substantially-reduced image to produce an expanded image of the objects. The expanded image, which is continuously updated by the lens system of the camera to generate real-time still and/or moving images, is visibly presented by the display system.
