Abstract: A wind power plant, and its corresponding method of control, comprising a plurality of wind turbines and a power plant controller connected to at least a first and a second of the plurality of wind turbines, wherein the power plant controller is configured to detect a shutdown of the first wind turbine in response to current wind conditions, and wherein the power plant controller is further configured to control the second wind turbine such that an operating parameter of the second wind turbine is modified in response to detecting the automatic shutdown of the first wind turbine.
