Abstract: A system for providing information to a user is described. The system includes a remote database communicating with a plurality of user devices. The remote database includes a plurality of media snippets and a clustering engine for clustering users of the plurality of user devices based on at least one user-related parameter and identifying a subset of media snippets from the plurality of media snippets most relevant to users of a cluster.

Abstract: A system for estimating an indoor speed of an individual is provided. The system includes a motion sensor attachable to an upper body of the individual and at least one processor being in communication with the motion sensor. The processor is configured for periodically prompting the user to provide a speed value or instructing the user to run/walk at a specific speed value, extracting features from data collected by the motion sensor that correspond to the speed value and calculating a speed of the individual from a probabilistic model.
