Abstract: A system is provided for creating the conversion of an existing resources and changes their use and form, simultaneously creating new users of the new resources, all the while matching the new user of the newly created resources with third-party beneficiaries, systematically distributing the resources an efficient manner with gain to the user and without loss to any beneficiary. The system may continuously monitor the changes of the inherent components of the newly created resource and re-package the resource into yet another recycled form to continue the chain of matching it with yet a new third-party beneficiary, all in an efficient automated manner.
