  • Patent number: 11098749
Abstract: A vacuum suction cup assembly, including a vacuum cup, a vibration assembly, and a vibration shock absorber. The vacuum cup includes a skirt and is configured to be pressurized when placed against a surface to retain the vacuum cup against the surface in any orientation. The vibration assembly includes a vibrator; a vibration transfer plate on which the vibrator is mounted; and at least one vibration transfer blocks disposed on an opposite face of the vibration transfer plate from the vibrator, wherein the at least one vibration transfer blocks is configured and arranged to transmit a majority of the vibration forces from the vibrator to the surface. The vibration shock absorber is disposed between the vibration assembly and the vacuum cup.

  • Patent number: 10662591
Abstract: A forwards and reversible vibratory pothole packer includes a rotatable eccentric element shaft; a number of pulleys and linkages connected to the shaft; the pulleys and linkages changing the direction of the shaft. As a result, clockwise direction rotation of the shaft causes the drum to rotate in a counter clockwise direction thereby providing reverse direction of the unit and also counter-clockwise rotation of the shaft causes the drum will be propelled forwards. Thus, linear motion of the unit is reversed.

  • Patent number: 9234316
Abstract: A vibratory pothole packer includes a frame that supports an engine and a rotatable drum, and a rotatable eccentric shaft is supported within the drum. The eccentric shaft may be a drum shaft with a mass welded to its surface. The eccentric shaft is supported within the drum by bearings, and is also supported on the frame by bearings. The engine shaft can be selectively linked with eccentric shaft to selectively effect vibrational rotation of the eccentric shaft. The small, lightweight pothole packer is manually movable on a surface by one person, and can be moved along a surface either while the eccentric shaft rotates or while the eccentric shaft is not rotating. The center of mass of the eccentric shaft is offset towards one end of the shaft to allow the vibratory pothole packer to be easily moved in a straight line along a surface.

  • Patent number: 4346822
Abstract: A container for receiving a charge of pressurized air and storing the air in this container until released through a blast nozzle and having a quick dump valve apparatus within this container. The valve includes a removable pipe which contains a large slidable piston which opens and closes the flow of accumulated air to the discharge. This piston is moved in response to a solenoid actuated small piston which is moved in a small tube. This small tube extends through the large piston which slides therealong.

  • Patent number: 4197966
Abstract: A container for receiving a charge of pressurized air and storing the air in this container until released through a blast nozzle and having a quick dump valve apparatus within this container. In one embodiment a valve includes a removable pipe which contains a large slidable piston which opens and closes the flow of accumulated air to the discharge. This piston is moved in response to a solenoid actuated small piston which is moved in a small tube. This small tube extends through the large piston and it slides therealong. In another embodiment a ball valve is employed in a tubular chamber. An external three-way quick acting valve actuates the flow of pressurized air to the valve and to a venting to atmosphere. The ball is slightly smaller than the internal diameter of the tubular member so that pressurized air may flow by the ball in a forward position and into the container.
