  • Publication number: 20190234481
Abstract: A hydromount for mounting a motor vehicle unit is disclosed. The hydromount includes a supporting spring supporting a mount core and surrounding a working chamber, and a compensation chamber separated from the working chamber by a dividing wall and delimited by a compensation diaphragm. In embodiments, the compensation chamber and the working chamber are filled with a liquid and are connected by a damping duct incorporated into the dividing wall. In an embodiment, the dividing wall has two dividing plates between which a diaphragm is accommodated in a manner capable of oscillating. In an embodiment, the diaphragm and the dividing wall delimit an air chamber connected to the environment via an opening in the dividing wall, and the opening can be unblocked and closed by a switchable non-return device having a pressure-actuatable non-return valve with an opening pressure set to or having an oscillation amplitude of the diaphragm.

  • Publication number: 20190168594
Abstract: A hydromount suitable for mounting a motor vehicle engine on a vehicle body includes: a load-supporting spring that supports a mount core, encloses a working chamber, and is supported on an outer ring, an intermediate plate, and a compensation chamber separated from the working chamber by the intermediate plate and delimited by a compensation diaphragm. The compensation chamber and the working chamber are filled with a damping liquid and are connected with each other in a liquid-conducting manner via a damping channel disposed in the intermediate plate. The intermediate plate may include an upper nozzle disk, a lower nozzle disk, and a diaphragm disposed between the upper nozzle disk and the lower nozzle disk. The diaphragm may have an inner circumference, an outer circumference, and at least one valve opening. The at least one valve opening may be disposed completely between the inner circumference and the outer circumference.

  • Publication number: 20190063544
Abstract: A hydraulically damping mount includes amount core and an outer tube. In an embodiment, the mount core is supported on the outer tube via a mount spring of an elastomeric material, and the mount spring divides the space formed between the mount core and the outer tube into at least two fluid-filled chambers that are in fluid communication with each other via at least one damping channel and at least one decoupling channel. In an embodiment, at least one torsion-resistant decoupling device is movable back and forth by fluid flows and is arranged in the at least one decoupling channel. In an embodiment, the decoupling device is formed so that during a fluid induced movement of the decoupling device its inflow sides always face the fluid flows.
