Abstract: The tray comprises a bottom (1), a pair of sides (2) and a pair of headers (3), the sides (2) and the headers (3) comprising upper flaps (4, 5) engageable to each other, and it is characterized in that the flaps (5) of the headers comprise a pair of protrusions (6) which are inserted in complementary grooves (7) provided at the flaps (4) of the sides. The flaps (5) of the headers comprise a longitudinal folding line (9) and the flaps (5) of the headers also comprise a transversal folding line (15). It is obtained a tray provided with a lid, which is formed by said upper flaps of the headers and the sides, presenting a great stiffness, in the engagement between the flaps forming the lid and also in its resistance to compression when some trays are placed stacked.

Abstract: The box, which can be made from a single sheet or from five separate pieces which are fastened to one another to form the box, is such that at the front ends, extensions project with transverse folding lines to form corner reinforcements. The extensions that form these reinforcements present four folding lines that define the sectors, which form an initial sector which is attached to the inner face of the side, a second sector with a diagonal disposition, a third sector which is attached on the inside of the front, a fourth sector which lies at right angles to the diagonal sector, and a last sector which is attached to one of the two halves of the inner face of the diagonal sector. At their upper edge the sectors present flanges which form projections perpendicular to one another, for positioning in matched opposing notches when the boxes are stacked.

Abstract: A tray for transporting products and a method for its manufacture, the tray being formed from a sheet of cardboard which is die cut and includes fold lines defining the bottom and sides of the tray. The tray includes a hollow corner column (5) into which a reinforcing element (6) is inserted.

Abstract: It comprises a plurality of flat strips (1) and a plurality of dividing walls (2) arranged transversally to the flat strips (1), the length of each flat strip (1) being substantially equal to one of the dimensions of the box (4), and each dividing wall (2) being set between two adjacent flat strips (1) or between one flat strip (1) and a wall of the box (4), and at least some of the dividing walls (2) having a flap (3, 3a) at each end, and each of the flaps (3, 3a) being glued to a flat strip (1) or to the wall of the box (4). The divider can be manufactured in a totally automated continuous process, and allows a remarkable saving of materials while its strength is not reduced.

Abstract: Over a work bench provided with cavities is deposited a first layer with holes which coincide with the cavities. Feet are then installed having respective peripheral lugs with an interruption that coincides with a notch in each hole. The feet are lodged partially within the cavities, being supported by lugs having a diameter greater than that of the holes. Over layer is then deposited a second layer, glued on both faces and having holes of a diameter corresponding to that of the lugs. Over layer a third layer is installed, fitted with holes equivalent to holes. The assembly is compressed in a press to obtain a platform with incorporated feet. Several platforms may be obtained by orderly placing their respective layers and intercalating the feet, in a manner that, during manufacture, said feet are inserted in the feet of the platform located immediately below.

Abstract: The tray is form from a base piece, shaped as a small cask, forecast to be the bottom of the tray in which a rising double marginal flange is provided and to which at least an other piece is joint, piece that that is part of the side walls of the tray, walls that despite the fact could be made of two or four pieces, and even of other complementary pieces that work as the support for the vertical edges. According to another characteristic of the invention, the mentioned small cask is placed inside of the piece or pieces that form the side walls of the tray, overhanging with respect to the lower edge of the pieces that form the side walls of the tray, so that during the pile up between trays, the bottom part of each of them is assembled to the mouth piece of the immediately lower tray. It has been forecast that the side walls of the tray could be provided with folding flanges, that will fold towards the inside of the tray and be fixed by glue.

Abstract: The source materials are supplied in continuous strips of cardboard situated initially in separated planes laterally offset from each other. Longitudinal grooves are made along the strips, dividing them into longitudinal bands. The strips are overlapped and glued under pressure to join them together. Once glued they are cut into pieces. The pieces constitute the folded dividers, made up of sections and folded and glued sections which form the union between the sections of each strip. Optionally, narrower sections are glued directly onto the sides of a box, or to sheets glued in their turn to the sides of the box. The upper edges of the divider can be straight or present recesses. The divider formed by strips glued by the sections which make up sections at right angles to the strips is folded and unfolded at the same time as the box into which it is fitted.

Abstract: A pile up tray includes a base piece shaped as a cask, cast to be a bottom of the tray in which a rising double marginal flange is provided and to which at least one other piece is jointed. The other piece forms at least part of the side walls of the tray. The cask is placed inside of the piece or pieces that form the side walls of the tray, overhanding with respect to the lower edge of the pieces that form the side walls of the tray, so that during the piling of a number of trays up, the bottom part of each tray is placed into a mouth of the lower tray. The side walls of the tray can be provided with folding flanges which fold towards the inside of the tray and are fixed to the side walls by glue, to provide the tray with more resistance to compression.
