Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a nucleoside compound and an application thereof in the treatment of feline infectious peritonitis. The compound belongs to the GS-441524 analogues. The compound has little toxic effect on normal cat cells, while it has a significant inhibitory effect on feline coronavirus. The compound can be used to prepare feline coronavirus inhibitors for the treatment of feline infectious peritonitis. It has the advantages of good curative effect, high safety, and excellent water solubility, which makes it easier to be absorbed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an antiviral application of nucleoside analogs. Specifically, the present invention relates to uses of nucleoside analogs and a pharmaceutical composition thereof as: (a) inhibitors for inhibiting the replication of coronaviruses, influenza viruses, respiratory syncytial viruses, flaviviridae viruses, filoviridae viruses and/or porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV); and/or (b) medicines for treating and/or preventing and mitigating diseases caused by coronavirus, influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, flaviviridae virus, filoviridae virus and/or porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) infections.
