With the insert positioned within the housing, the port is positioned proximate the second open end thereof. A conduit in fluid communication with the spigot extends from the first closed end toward the second open end. A wine insert, supportable by the shelf, is disposable within the housing with the back panel removed. The wine insert includes a floor having a declined portion allowing wine contained therein to be drawn by gravity towards the rear of the housing.
