Abstract: A maleic anhydride-based polymer, a lens with a hydrophilic layer, a processing agent for a lens, and a composition for a lens are provided. The maleic anhydride-based polymer includes one or more first repeating units represented by the following formula I, one or more second repeating units represented by the following formula II, and one or more third repeating units represented by the following formula III. In the formula II, Ra is H or a C1-C3 alkyl group, and Rb is H or a C1-C8alkyl group or the one or more first repeating units or the one or more second repeating units or the one or more third repeating units.

Abstract: A blue light blocking compound and a use thereof, a blue light blocking composition and a use thereof, and a method for preparing a blue light blocking compound are provided. Abstract: A composition for a contact lens and a contact lens are provided. The composition for a contact lens includes a siloxane mixture, a tris(trimethylsiloxy)silypropyl methacrylate, and a hydrophilic monomer. The siloxane mixture includes a first siloxane monomer and a second siloxane monomer. The first siloxane monomer has an acryloyl group. The second siloxane monomer has two acryloyl groups. A weight ratio of the siloxane mixture to the tris(trimethylsiloxy)silypropyl methacrylate is between about 27.5:1 and about 0.29:1.
Abstract: The disclosure is related to a polymerizable composition for coloring contact lens, comprising a composite colorant and at least one hydrophilic monomer. The composite colorant is produced by a reaction of a colorant precursor and a (methyl)methacryloxy group-containing silane coupling agent. The colorant precursor is produced by a reaction of a metal oxide and a siloxane compound under alkaline solution.
