Abstract: An adjustable mattress lift system, positionable beneath a mattress for enabling users to adjust the mattress into a plurality of positions, includes an air pump motor, an upper extremity section and a lower extremity section. The upper extremity section includes at least two inflatable bladders. Each of the at least two inflatable bladders of the upper extremity section is separately connected to the air pump motor and independently inflatable by the air pump motor. The lower extremity section includes at least one inflatable bladder. The least one inflatable bladder of the lower extremity section is separately connected to the air pump motor and independently inflatable by the air pump motor from the at least two inflatable bladders of the upper extremity section.
