    Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of triglycerides (TG) containing medium chain fatty acids (C4 to C12), combined with exogenous lipolytic enzymes (esterases or lipases) as a feed supplement for animals in order to prevent and/or alleviate the problems which are frequently met at this moment. This results in a marked improvement of the growth performances without the use of the classical, but contested, feed additives.
