Abstract: An arrangement and a method for creating a synthesis from numerical data and textual information, and more particularly, relating to wellbeing of an individual. The arrangement includes a first information in a numerical form provided by a wellbeing device, for example, a second information including free-form text in natural language format provided by care-giving personnel, for example, and a control entity for obtaining the first information and the second information, wherein the control entity is arranged to semantically analyze the free-form text in natural language format of the second information in order to create a synthesis from the first information and the second information.
