Abstract: An electronic cigarette or vaporizer may include a shell and a cartomizer receivable within a chamber within a portion of the shell. The cartomizer may hold a vaporizable fluid, dry substance, or other vaporizable substance such as a wax. A charger may also be included which in one embodiment may be insertable into the chamber, and in another embodiment may be connectable to an end of the shell. Various electrical components, such as a printed circuit board, a recharagable battery, various indicator lights, a sensor, and display screen, for instance, improve the functionality of the vaporizer from known vaporizers. Magnets may also be provided in order to secure the cartomizer or the charger to the shell.

Abstract: A lighter may include a shell, a power source disposed within the shell, a coil in electrical communication with the power source, and a cover movable between an open and a closed position, with the coil exposed to the environment in the open position and shielded from the environment in a closed position. When the lighter is opened, by sliding the cover for instance, the an electrical current may flow through the coil thereby heating the coil to a temperature sufficient to ignite a combustible object, such as a cigarette. The power source may be a rechargeable battery.
Abstract: A vaporizer may include a battery portion, a cartomizer connectable with the battery portion, and a sleeve fitable over the cartomizer. The sleeve and an outer shell of the battery portion may have the same or complimentary colors or patterns. The battery portion may further include a plurality of illuminable indicators, which may illuminate to indicate, for instance, remaining voltage of a battery housed within the battery portion.
