Abstract: In RAN sharing scenarios wherein radio spectrum allocated to multiple mobile network operators is split into at least one carrier, the steps for switching the configurations of carriers for RAN sharing are proposed here, defining: a pooled configuration by which all the operators share at least one carrier; and a dedicated configuration by which each operator has at least one carrier assigned for allocation of its traffic. The start point for switching is single carrier in the pooled configuration. Traffic load in the shared single carrier is constantly measured to compare it with a threshold, so that, when the measured load exceeds the threshold and if spectrum pre-emption is possible to create additional carriers, the switching from the single carrier in the pooled configuration to the plurality of carriers is performed, selecting the configuration for each carrier from three possible options: pooled, dedicated or a combination of both.

Abstract: A machine (1) in the TCP/IP network (2) performs a request regarding a consultation or modification of at least one mobile telephone network subscriber parameter; it is characterized in that it comprises means (5) for receiving the request made and means (5) for extracting the parameters included in said request and which are necessary for being able to attend to it. It comprises storage means (7) of at least one parameter pertaining to the different mobile telephone network subscribers (3) and means for sending the response to the request made in order to obtain and send the obtained information in the case that the request made is a consultation regarding the stored parameter. It comprises means (6, 8, 9 and 10) for obtaining the necessary mobile telephone network parameters so that the request is attended to by said mobile telephone network (3) in order to make the request to the network (3) when the request made is not contained in the means (7).

Abstract: A system which allows the Internet address assigned to a destination equipment to be obtained, starting from its identification name, such as is carried out conventionally with the DNS protocol, and which also allows different information to be obtained on the destination equipment starting from its identification name, as for example can be information contained in databases of mobile telephony networks or in a database belonging to a data network. The system comprises a request administration means which is connected to a means of analysis of at least one parameter of the DNS protocol and at least one database message composition/reception module that is connected to at least one external database and also including means of analysis of the answer of the at least one external database and of an internal database to deliver the information requested by using the DNS protocol.
