Abstract: A ski, wherein the ski includes: a ski core; a ski coating which forms an underside of the ski; a lower flange which is arranged between the ski core and the ski coating; steel edges; and side walls; wherein the lower flange includes at least a front region and/or a rear region which is broader, in a direction transverse to a longitudinal axis of the ski, than a distance between the steel edges in the direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of the ski in the region.

Abstract: The invention relates to a snow glide board, especially a ski, having a glide board body with one forward and one rear glide board body end and with a middle glide board section forming a binding section for fastening at least one binding and/or binding plate. The glide board body being designed at least in a partial section on its top side facing away from one glide surface three-dimensionally with a raised section extending in a first axis direction (X axis) corresponding to a glide board longitudinal direction, the raised section is adjoined in a second axis direction (Y axis) toward the longitudinal side of the glide board body by lateral sections, which in a third axis direction (Z axis) perpendicular to the first and second axis direction (X axis, Y axis) and perpendicular to the glide surface have a reduced thickness, the glide board body width in the second axis direction (Y axis) being defined by the sum of the widths of the raised section and the lateral sections.

Abstract: A ski boot sole for cooperating with a ski binding to releasably hold the sole in the binding, the sole having a forward toe sole extending rearwardly from the front of the sole to a forward gap, a toe exterior insert in the forward gap which is located over a forward depression in the base of the ski boot, a central sole extending rearwardly from the front gap, a heel exterior insert located in a rearward gap over a rearward depression in the boot base and a heel sole extending from the rearward end of the rearward gap at least to the end of the boot. The foregoing boot sole is in combination with the base of the boot, and the base has forward and rearward recesses for receiving toe holders rotating about longitudinally extending axes and heel holders rotating about a transverse axis for releasably locking the respective toe exterior insert and heel exterior insert to the binding.

Abstract: A snow glide board with a glide board body with a front end and a rear end has an insert inserted on at least one end of the glide board body in a body recess located there such, that the insert adjoins with an insert bottom side a bottom side of the glide board body. The insert is shaped so that it forms at least one depression or cavity or insert recess on its bottom side, which (recess) is open toward the bottom of the glide board body and that the insert is made of a permanently deformable material.

Abstract: A ski boot sole for cooperating with a ski binding to releasably hold the sole in the binding, the sole having front and rear recesses with front and rear fitting plates. The front recess and the front fitting plate are engaged by the front sole holder rotatable about a longitudinal axis for releasably holding the front sole holder against displacement in the forward, sideways and vertical directions. The rear recess and rear fitting plate are engageable by the rear sole holder which is rotatable about a transverse axis. The rear sole holder butts against the portion of the fitting plate extending outside the border of the sole to secure the rear portion of the sole in the rearward, sideways and vertical directions.

The front and rear metal inserts are held on the bottom of the ski boot sole by threaded inserts mounted above the sole, with screws extending through aligned holes in the metal inserts and the threaded inserts.

Abstract: A glide board, especially a ski or snowboard, is provided with a profile rail system on the top of the board at least in the area of the binding consisting of at least one profile rail extending in the longitudinal direction of the glide board and serving to fasten functional elements, for example a binding or elements thereof or a binding plate, by pressing functional elements onto the rail.
