Abstract: To optimize the results of rounding and therefore to optimize the high pressure resistance of the component, it is firstly proposed that prior to the machining step of hydro-erosive rounding, the edge (5) and the surfaces (4, 6) of the high pressure-resistant component (1) which adjoin the edge (5) are each placed under compressive stresses in the region of their surface by means of a grinding and/or honing process. Also with regard to the method, and with regard to an apparatus for the hydro-erosive rounding, it is proposed that a closure element (9) is inserted into the continuing first bore (2), downstream of the second bore (3), which branches off from the first bore, as seen in the main direction of flow (S) of the liquid (8) mixed with abrasives (7), in order to divert the liquid (8) mixed with abrasives (7) from the first bore (2) into the second bore (3).

When a correction command (I1*, I2*) is input by the control circuit (3), a correction signal (I1, I2) can be emitted to the piezoelectric actuator (Pi) by a correction circuit (2), with the result that the piezoelectric actuator (Pi) is changed over from the zero position to a correction position. The input of the drive command (S*) and the input of the correction command (I1*, I2*) are interlocked with respect to one another.
Abstract: A device for transmitting the deflection of an actuator (2), comprising at least one transmission element (4) that has a first, a second and a third support zone, said first support zone (6) being associated with a counter-support, said second support zone (8) being associated with the actuator, and said third support zone being associated with a control element (20). The at least one transmission element rests on the counter-support with the first support zone under the action of the actuator and displaces the control element with the third support zone by way of a rotational movement about a center of rotation. The at least one transmission element is substantially configured as a plate (5) that is disposed substantially perpendicular to the movement of adjustment and the first, the second and the third support zone are configured as substantially plane surfaces on the plate, further relates to a method for producing the inventive transmission element.
