    Abstract: A resiliently flexible seal for use in substantially reducing recirculation of air from a fan discharge side to a fan suction side through a clearance between cooperating fan and shroud members of a fan assembly. The resiliently flexible seal is disposed in the clearance and maintains virtually continuous sealing contact with both the fan and the shroud members.
