Abstract: A measurement sensor includes an elongated sensor part at the first end of which is the electrical connection of the sensor part and at the second end of which is the sensor end of the sensor part. A first sleeve part is arranged around the sensor part for attaching the measurement sensor to the object to be measured and for supporting the sensor part. A second sleeve part extends into the first sleeve part, the second sleeve part being rotatably arranged in connection with the first sleeve part. The sensor part has an external thread and the second sleeve part has an internal thread, the external thread of the sensor part and the internal thread of the second sleeve part are connected to each other so that when the second sleeve part is rotated in relation to the sensor part, the sensor part moves in the direction of its longitudinal axis in relation to the first and second sleeve parts.
Abstract: The invention relates to fuel system for gas driven piston engine in a marine vessel, which gas is stored in at least one fuel storage tank in the vessel as liquefied gas. The fuel feeding system comprises a separate fuel feed tank in which the gas is in liquid phase and at elevated pressure. The gas is also in liquid phase in the fuel storage tank, in which, however, prevails only the hydrostatic pressure caused by the liquid gas.
Abstract: A fuel injection pump for a piston engine, the pump comprising a cylinder element having a pressure plenum provided with an outlet chamber for removing pressurized fuel from the pressure plenum, a piston arranged to reciprocate inside the pressure plenum, an inlet chamber arranged outside the pressure plenum and at least one inlet channel arranged between the pressure plenum and the inlet chamber. At least one fill channel provided with a non-return valve is arranged between the pressure plenum and the inlet chamber, the valve allowing fuel flow from the inlet chamber to the pressure plenum but preventing flow from the pressure plenum to the inlet chamber.

Abstract: The invention relates to an actuator assembly for controlling fuel injection of a large combustion engine, especially a diesel engine, including an electric motor (6) acting on a control shaft (8) arranged to control the fuel injection and actuator control means (2,3) provided with an electric power supply (4,5) for controlling the electric motor (6). According to the invention the actuator assembly is provided with backup power in the form of capacitor power (12) arranged to provide power for the actuator control means (2,3) in case of loss of power or power failure of the electric power supply (4,5) so as to enable the actuator control means (2,3) to control the electric motor (6) to drive the control shaft (8) to a predefined safe position.
