Abstract: Openable motor vehicle spoiler roof, with at least one cover carrier for a cover which can be raised at its rear edge by pivoting the cover and in the raised state can be displaced to the rear in the lengthwise direction of the roof. The cover carrier is movably guided in the lengthwise direction of the roof by means of a first and second slide elements and is provided with a guide path with which a control carriage, which is also movably guided along the roof-mounted guide in the lengthwise direction of the roof, is engaged. The second slide element is connected to the cover carrier via a coupling element which is coupled to the cover carrier. At least during the pivoting movements of the cover, the second slide element can be moved over the coupling element depending on the motion of the control carriage.
